Commenting on Grammar!
Good day all!
When I read an article that is quite compelling I like to read peoples opinions in the comments section. I do not have a problem with other peoples opinions, however, I do have a problem with how one writes said opinion. For the love of Pete peoples, please check your spelling or grammar!!!! I read a few today where I could not understand what they were trying to convey due to the horrible way the sentences were structured. All it takes is for you double check what you wrote before you hit the post button.
I am not perfect either, I make mistakes, but I at least try to double check what I wrote before I post. It is sad to know that these are adults who should know better. Our downfall is technology with auto correct and the spelling/grammar squiggly lines when a word is incorrect; and even those don't always catch the issues sometimes.
Have a great week and happy 4th of July!!!!

Nosy ass people
I feel the need to talk about how much everyone is in everyone's else's business.
There has been some news articles recently about children who are playing in their own yards and neighbors calling police because the kids have been outside for too long, or the kids are walking home from the bus stops by themselves. And so on. It is sad to know that our society has become so paranoid and think that a parent, married or single, should be called out for these things that are unnecessary, normal everyday going ons.
I am 34 years old and I remember not long ago doing all these things without incident. I remember going out in the morning and not returning until 5-6pm and everything was fine. Why have people suddenly become so paranoid and nosy about how others are raising their kids? I get it if there appears to be physical or mental abuse happening in the home and you see/recognize it. Its another thing if the child is harmlessly playing in the yard for hours on end, as long as they have access back into their house for bathroom breaks and drinks. other then that mind you own damn business peoples! At least they aren't playing video games or watching TV and sitting all day.

Catching up with the Masked Furball
Hey
everyone!! I know it has been a long time but Kat and I are getting back in the
groove! I know she has been doing some postings with great articles, so make
sure you check them out!
As far as Me
(The Masked Furball) I have been a busy little bee! I can’t even remember the
last time I blogged so we’ll take it back to 2012. In April of 2012 I took the
G.E.D and passed!! In the summer I signed up for SPC and learned to drive! All in
all, 2012 was a great year!! Only to be followed by the greatness of 2013!
In May of
2013 Ricky graduated from USF with his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering! It
was a long hard road but he made it and I couldn’t be any prouder!! Then that
July we got engaged!! It may have taken 6 ½ years but we were so excited to
start planning the rest of our lives together! Even better, we bought our first
home together that December!! We originally planned to wait a year or two
longer but we felt like the time was right and jumped!
By the beginning
of 2014, we were still unpacking (which I hate just as much as packing!) I was
still enrolled full-time, was planning the wedding full on and doing full-time
with classes for school. It was a lot but the wedding planning was done and
paid for by March but school did not get the attention it needed unfortunately.
: ( On the plus side, my childhood friend Jennifer got married in April in a
beautiful ceremony! Congrats again Mr. & Mrs. Scaccia!! In June, we had my
Bridal Shower!! We had so much fun! Kat
planned it and even had a candy bar which had all of my favs!! Ohhhh and the
Sangria bar was awesome too!! Thank you again Kat! In July, we went to downtown Dunedin to
celebrate my Bachelorette Party and had a great time!! We (and by we I
mean me) did learn the hard way that soft cookies when you are super hungover
is a no-no! Then in September we got married and went on Our Honeymoon to
Chattanooga, Tennessee! We had such a great time Rich and Denise! Thank you
again!
So far 2015
hasn’t been too bad to us. In January, Mumsies turned the Big 6-0! In February
we celebrated being together for 8 years! Time has just flown by! In March we
celebrated our 1 year of being married! That’s right we got married early at
the courthouse in Clearwater on Pi Day! In April, Ricky turned the Big 3-0! We
had a party and had so much fun! Thank you to everyone that came out! We are in
June now and my niece, Emily had her 5th birthday, again where has
time gone? And my nephew SJ had his 3rd birthday!
Well, I
think you guys are all caught up so I’m going to go and start a new blog about the
wedding with some pics!
Take Care Y’all!

Why do we care so much about celebrities....
Venting time!!!!!
I was browsing through Yahoo, as I do every morning, to see what is going on in the world. Yes I know its not the best place, but I like to browse it. Anyways, I see an article about Angelina Jolie turning 40, and I swear I have seen several articles this week about her birthday. Why do we care? Honestly I like the work she does with humanitarianism (is that a word?) but I really don't give a shit how old she is turning when there are so many other issues in the world, hell, in our country, going on that is more important. I guess my chief complaint is why we give celebrities so much attention, why do we give a shit what goes on in there lives so much? Why must we have millions of pictures of them? Is it to make us feel like they are human like us and make mistakes? Or is it a look in to the lives of those who are rich and famous and living through them as voyeurs?
Yes, I know opinions are like assholes, we all have one, but I just get so tired of hearing about celebrities and knowing way more then we need to about them.

End of venting!
Have a great weekend everyone!
